Naar-Phu valley is newly opened trekking route for foreigner. naar phu valley is lies between popular mountains range like Annapurna, Manaslu, Himlung. Naar phu trekking is still not allowed for individual trekkers. You need to be minimum of two people to book this trek with government registered trekking agency to get special trekking permit and hire guide and porter. Naar phu special trekking permit cost is different in spring season and Autumn season. Annapurna conservation fee is same all-round the year. Naar – phu trekking is starting from koto near chame driving from Kathmandu to besisahar and all the way to koto following Annapurna circuit trekking route. From koto we leave Annapurna circuit trail and follow naar khola till we reach phu village 4080m from sea level. Phu village is quite old and historical village. After phu village the trek back down to gumba crossing naar khola and climb up to naar village 4110m from sea level. Phu and naar is two biggest village in naar -phu valley. After naar village trek continue towards manang valley crossing kang la pass 5300m. from sea level and trek down to Ngawal village 3650m. from ngawal village you can trek to manang village and continue to Annapurna circuit or drive back to Kathmandu. Guide for Nepal will try to design different program and trekking itinerary as per clients interest and time limit. Day 01 : arrival Kathmandu 1370 m.
Day 02 : explore Kathmandu valley and prepare of trek.
Day 03 : drive to Dharapani 1860 m. 6-8 hr.
Day 04 : trek to koto 2600 m.6 hr.
Day 05 : trek to Meta ( methang ) 3560 m. 7/8 hr.
Day 06 : trek to chyaku 3780m 3-4 hr.
Day 07 : trek to Phu village 4080 m. 3 hr.
Day 08 : trek to chyaku 3780m 3 hr.
Day 09 : trek to Naar village 4110 m. 3 hr.
Day 10 : trek to Ngawal village 3670 m. via Kang La pass 5300 m.7/8 hr.
Day 11 : trek to Manang village 3540 m. 4 hr.
Day 12 : drive down to Besisahar 760 m.7/8 hr.
Day 13 : drive to Kathmandu 1370 m. 5 hr.
Day 14 : departure.
